Kellie is NCI certified, which is a program that emphasizes macronutrients with specializations in hormones, women’s health, gut health, thyroid health, and mindset. She also has a transformational coaching certification which is applicable for belief shifting. Aliza also specializes in macronutrients. We both apply scientific principles for lifestyle coaching.
We have developed our own unique system of simplifying macros to be effective and efficient for only the duration necessary to become an informed eater. We are completely focused on GLP-1 nutrition. We have done extensive research to understand both physically what is important for this client base but also the mindset applications to be successful. Yes! Absolutely! The beautiful thing about this program is that it works for new and seasoned macro trackers because it is more than just tracking. It's absolutely VITAL to increase your metabolism in a stepwise approach which is exactly what you can do by tracking macros. It's about finding what works for you by collecting data (tracking macros). So yes, even if you’re new to tracking your food, and haven’t even downloaded an app yet, this is 100% for you too! And if you've tracked before or just the thought overwhelms, you... we SIMPLIFIED MACROS. There are parts of tracking macros that are just unnecessary. We take those out. We don't have you tracking calories, protein, fats, and carbs... we only track the necessary, vital, effective, efficient numbers.
If you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder, then you should get a more personalized program from someone that SPECIFICALLY SPECIALIZES in your condition.
